If you have a freeware or shareware program that you believe should be on UT.com, please email the name of software with a hyperlink to the software. Please also give a brief description of what the program does.
Though this may or may not work, email me what you want tutorials of and I will do my best to make one. Im afraid I wont be able to get to them all but who knows. Maybe other users can make them and upload them here.
"avast! antivirus software provides complete virus protection for your computer. Antivirus engine is complemented by anti-spyware, firewall and antispam modules to protect you against phishing schemes, identity theft and internet-distributed web viruses. Automatic updates for greater user convenience and safety. Top user ratings among free antivirus software. Download avast! antivirus software for a free 30-day trial period."
The above quote is directly from their website. My personal opinion about avast, would sould a little more "sale's" worthy. I have been using avast for about 6 years now. Have only had a few issues where something has gotten by it. Those issues were not easy to get off, and none of the "PAY FOR CLEANING" anti-virus software such as, Nortan, Mcafee, or any other for that matter would have been able to stop the virus either. So no bad notes for avast. They update often, the interface is great, the scan options are nice.
There is no catch to the free, unless you consider registering a catch, I consider that a part of web surfing. :) Thats why you all have to register to watch my tutorials. Ne ways, you start out with a 30 day trial, dont even need to use an email or nothing. After 30 days you will have to register an active email. Upon registration you get the code to put into the software that extends the software license 6 months, at which time, you just reregister.
So totally free, great software. Yeah, thats all I have to say.
